This policy explains how PT Multiagri Sarana Perkasa ("we", "the Company") collects, uses, stores and protects personal data obtained through this website and through our commercial dealings. We process personal data in accordance with Indonesian Law No. 27 of 2022 on Personal Data Protection (UU PDP) and its implementing regulations.

1. Data controller

2. What we collect

• Enquiry data: the name, company, email address, telephone number and requirement details you provide when contacting us.
• Commercial data: contact, billing and delivery details, tax identification and transaction records of customers and suppliers we trade with.
• Technical data: this website sets no tracking cookies and runs no analytics. Standard hosting logs may record IP addresses and access times for security.

3. How we use it

To respond to enquiries and prepare quotations; to negotiate, conclude and perform supply contracts; to meet tax, accounting and licensing obligations; and to keep our systems and premises secure. We do not sell personal data and do not use it for profiling or unsolicited marketing.

4. Sharing

Data is shared only where performing a contract or a legal obligation requires it: logistics providers delivering your order, banks processing settlement, professional advisers, or authorities exercising lawful powers. Third parties processing data for us are bound by contractual confidentiality.

5. Retention

Enquiry data that does not lead to a business relationship is deleted within twelve months. Commercial records are kept for the period required by Indonesian tax and company law, generally ten years, then securely destroyed.

6. Your rights

Under UU PDP you may request access to your data, correction of inaccurate data, deletion where no legal basis for retention remains, and withdrawal of consent where processing rests on consent. 7. Security

We apply proportionate technical and organisational measures against unauthorised access, alteration or loss. No internet transmission is absolutely secure; if a breach affecting your rights occurs, we notify you and the competent authority as the law requires.
