Division 06 · KBLI 46100 / 46901

Sourcing & Agency

Fee and commission based trading for principals and buyers, in any category our licence covers, with the same documentation standard we apply to our own stock.

Buyer and dealer closing a machinery deal

This division exists for the two situations our stock cannot serve. The first is a buyer who knows the machine but not the market, and needs someone to find it, verify it and negotiate it without a hidden margin steering the recommendation. The second is a manufacturer who wants disciplined distribution in Indonesia without building a local sales organisation from scratch.

In both cases we are paid the agreed fee or commission, fixed in the mandate before work starts. That is deliberate: it keeps the advice independent of whatever we happen to be holding, and it makes the cost of the engagement visible from the outset.

What this division supplies

Indicative of the range rather than the limit of it. If what you need sits alongside these lines, ask.

Buyer-side sourcing
Locating candidate suppliers against your specification, verifying them and shortlisting with the trade-offs stated.
Supplier verification
Business licences, brand authorisations, factory certificates and, where it matters, physical inspection.
Price benchmarking
Comparable quotations across suppliers so the number you accept has context behind it.
Negotiation under mandate
Commercial terms, delivery and payment negotiated on your behalf within an agreed brief.
Principal representation
Acting as the local commercial presence for manufacturers entering or expanding in Indonesia.
Transaction management
Documentation, follow-through and handover, so the deal closes rather than drifts.

Who buys from this division

The four buyer types this division is built around, and what each one actually needs from a supplier.

Institutional and corporate buyers

Procuring equipment where governance requires a documented, benchmarked process.

Overseas manufacturers

Seeking a local counterparty who understands the licensing and the buyers.

Project developers

Sourcing specialist equipment outside their normal supply relationships.

Operators replacing legacy equipment

Needing an obsolete unit matched or superseded without guesswork.

Questions about this division

If yours is not here, the trade desk answers directly, usually the same working day.

Ask the trade desk

A fixed fee or an agreed commission, set in the mandate before the search begins. It is disclosed and invoiced separately, so you can see exactly what the service costs rather than trying to infer it from a product price.

We guarantee the diligence, not the third party. Verification, benchmarking and documentation are our obligation under the mandate. Where you want us to carry supply risk instead, we buy the goods and sell them to you, which is a different arrangement with different pricing.

Your product range, the territory you want covered, your existing distribution in the region, and what support you provide. We will come back on whether we are the right fit, including saying no where we could not service the mandate properly.
